When did Jose Ramirez make his MLB debut?

Jose Ramirez made his debut for the (then) Cleveland Indians on September 1, 2013. He entered the game as a pinch runner in the 9th inning and ultimately came around to score on a game-winning grand slam by teammate Mike Aviles.
