I like your 100 Day guarantee it gives me a better sense of comfort making a purchase especially when it comes to buying a glove I am unable to find in the local stores so I am unable to see and try it on. I had already purchased a catcher's mitt for my eight year old son just days before. Like any 8 yr. old, he couldn't wait to go play with his new glove. However, I told him that I found a glove online that was different, yet like his, only that it had a fluorescent pocketed area. I explained to him that it had many benefits, one of which was that it would standout and not be mistaken for any others, thus preventing being picked up by someone else by mistake. I also told him that the orange pocket color would give his young pitching staff an easier target to throw to. Well as you can expect none of that really mattered to an 8 yr. old. He just wanted his glove to play with now, especially by his next game. I assured him that it would arrive in 5 days. He then agreed to see the other glove before making his final decision. Surprisingly, it arrived in 2 days. Dad was the hero, he now had the other glove and my son could make a decision between the two mitts. He loved the Rawlings catchers mitt I'm sure because the fluorescent color made it stand out, but more importantly that it arrived in a timely fashion so that he could start playing with it. Three thumbs up to the person I talked with on the phone late that even, for being so helpful and assuring me that it would still get out in that days shipment. Thanks a million Ball Glove Warehouse.

A great big thank you for getting the glove we ordered for our son here so quickly! I was amazed how fast it came and it couldn't have been better timing! Chris plays for a Jr. Legion team in Marietta, OH and they had a game tonight at 8:30pm... his glove arrived UPS at 5:45 pm... in time for him to break it in for a few minutes before he used it in the game! HE LOVES IT! He's a 16 year old left handed pitcher/first baseman and it's been kind of hard to find him a good glove here in the local sporting stores.
