Pros:
Ordered glove on Mon. it came on Wed. When we opened the box my son's eyes bugged out. Beautiful glove. Son will be 13 in the fall and it's a little stiff but I have oiled it and can tell it's already softer. Looks like a really nice glove. Cons:No cons so far other than it being a little stiff. I think it's a 50/50 break in so give it some time.
