How much does this glove weight compared to the the Heart of the Hide (mesh) 32.5 inch mitt. My son is 13 (tall and lean) but is in 8th grade and will be a freshman next year. I'm just concerned about the weight and making sure he move the glove quickly. He is currently using $70.00 range glove that is a 32 inch. It is a bit small, and very light.
The Pro Mesh model will be very durable just like the original Heart of the hide model. The main difference with the mesh back will make the glove lighter and let his hand breathe more.
What glove is better, the PROCM33SCX or the one above? and why is one better then the other?
Both are going to be great models, it is really just a personal preference between the two
Why does it seem like the vast majority of gloves are size 32.5? Even on the Rawling website most gloves are 32.5. I have a 15yo and I'm thinking he should use a 33 but now Im not sure.
PROCM33DCC is a 33 inch glove.
which one should i buy the rawlings PROCM33DCC or the apm 32
It's hard to say which one without knowing about the player. But the Dual Core Rawlings is an excellent glove!
Should i get the rawlings procm33dcc or the Akedema Apm 42. I catch for a middle school team.
A 32.5 inch mitt is more commonly used by middle school age players. I would go with the APM42.
