Questions and Answers
Got a question about the Worth Toxic Lite Series: TXL130B? Ask our team of experts, and they will respond within 24 hours.
Ask A QuestionHello, lookng at this glove and the TXL135 with trapeze web. Besides the 1/2" difference, whats the difference in the bucket and trapeze style gloves? Also what type of palm/sting padding does this glove have?
When it comes to webbing, almost 100% of it comes down to your own personal preference. However, a trapeze web may develop a slightly deeper pocket than a regular basket web. The Toxic Lite Series features a high grade PORON XRD Palm Padding for added protection.
Product Description
Whether your game is weekend warrior or competitive tournament player, the new line of Toxic Lite high performance softball gloves will position you as the front line of defense! These new gloves from Worth are made from full grain oil-treated shell leather that is both soft and sturdy. On the back of the Toxic Lite gloves, you'll find Worth's lightweight Pro Mesh. This provides a balanced feel, reduces weight and shortens break-in time. Many softball bats these days can hit liners that would make even the most experienced fielder uneasy. That's why these gloves feature PORON XRD palm and index finger padding to give players unparalleled protection. This 13.00 inch pattern features a basket web design to give players excellent control in the field. It also has a conventional open back and an adjustable pull strap on the wrist to ensure a custom fit for every player. Worth: Performance Through Technology! Free Shipping!
About Worth
Worth, Inc. can trace its beginning back to the year 1912, when George Sharp Lannom, Jr. purchased a tannery in Tullahoma, Tennessee and established the Lannom Manufacturing Company. Initially, the firm tanned leather for harnesses and horse collars they manufactured. However, as the automobile grew in popularity, the demand for the company's harnesses and collars declined, so Lannom shifted its manufacturing resources toward production of leather covered baseballs and softballs under the "Worth" brand, and men's leather dress gloves under the "Craig" brand.
