The Rawlings Renegade Series: R115FBR Youth First Base Mitt is designed for a youth first baseman and will like be too small for him. For a 14 year old infielder, we recommend an 11.50" adult model, such as the Rawlings Gold Glove Legend Series: GGL204. The Gold Glove Legend Series comes with an 80% factory break-in so it will be nearly game ready right out of the box.
