Made from game-ready ultra-soft materials, the Genesis 1884 Series has been utilized for improved playability straight out of the box! Using top-grade Buffalo Leather on the palm of these gloves provides an unlikely combination of rugged durability and no break-in period. Inside the palm, Louisville Slugger put their X-trasoft Palm Lining for improved comfort and sting reduction. These gloves feature a closed back design made with lightweight nylon mesh for easy closure, improved breathability, and excellent control. The Genesis 1884 Series is specifically designed for developing players with it's smaller wrist opening and narrower finger stalls. An adjustable Velcro wrist strap also ensures a snug and comfortable fit on every sized hand. About Louisville Slugger
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States.
