This is a 34 inch adult size catcher's mitt. We ship all orders placed before 8pm CST Monday - Friday the same day. The average size for a 13 year old is 32 or 32.5 inches.
Is this a baseball or fastpitch softball mitt
This particular model is specifically designed for baseball. All fastpitch catcher's mitts will be specifically labeled as "fastpitch"
Product Description
The Easton Redline Series is made from soft tumbled oil-tanned leather and features a game-ready feel with little to no break-in time required. The Redline Series gloves also feature Easton's patent pending Ideal Fit System. The Ideal Fit System features a contoured index finger channel which combines the flexibility and comfort of an open back with the control of a closed back glove. These gloves have a Vibration Reduction System (VRS) Palm Pad that disperses the impact of the ball so players don't feel as much sting from hard thrown pitches. This model employs Easton's 2x2 lacing, which is a lacing system that gives twice as much strength in the key area of the web. 2x2 lacing prevents against blowouts and the need for relacing.
