Anytime, I just re-read what I wrote and it does not serve your company any justice. I originally purchased a glove from your company for my brother for Christmas. I was shocked at how quickly the product came. When the glove arrived it looked perfect to me, only to my brothers teammate and my husband it looked a little bit big for a middle infielder to use. So, I made a phone call to your company, within minutes I knew what to do with the recently purchased glove. I sent the glove in that night and received and email from you a few days later letting me know, in fact, that the glove has arrived and the new glove was on its way. I do a lot of shopping via the internet and this is the FIRST time I had such amazing customer service! KEEO IT UP!! You're a great company to do business with. Both my husband and I coach at the varsity level (softball and baseball) and we both still play softball, also have a lot of friends that play too.
